Friday?

We got back from the eye doctor the other day and everything seems to be healing well. He has put me on a new drop to help with some pain and burning I have been having the past week. (OTC: Opti-Free rewetting drops and I have to take a Flax Oil) the reason I am taking the oil is he says that if my eye does not get to 100% in the next month or so then they will have to put me on a med to take for a while. But to help move things on he said if I take Flax oil every day then this will help with the healing part of my eye plus build a strong heart. We talked for a long while this past time about life and all the issues I have had over the years with my GI stuff. He is not a GI doctor but just wanted to know for him self. He gave a lot of info just as a friend more then a doctor. (He is really smart as a person and Doctor in all areas.) Debbie made it in the top 10 agents in the USA with her company again this week. And seems to be doing well has the weekly paychecks are starting to prove that. Lets hope and pray that is keeps up. I have a new site open check it out I will try to update it weekly. www.southerncoffeephotography.com

Been a While! Again!!

Okay I know My posting has gotten poor in the past few weeks. Anyway this week we got our tax refund back and I have been under the spell of car shopping. I found a few things that I liked but they sold before I could get the them. After many hours shopping online and off and being really stressed over it all. I made the choice to wait, save over the next few months so I can get something that I really want. I don't really need anything right now as I have been without a car for the past 6 months and have done fine without so far. So what do we do with the money until then. Well save most of it, pay a few bills and buy a few things. Buy what! Well. For Debbie I got her a TomTom GPS for her car. For me I got a Xbox 360 I have been wanting for over the past two years. And yes I got the game both Debbie and I have been waiting for a FABLE II. And for Emily I got her a Vacuum for the house. A much needed Vacuum. She likes to eat things off the floor and with the current vacuum that is here does not work good at all. So for the safety of Emily and everyone else I got a nice vacuum. So time to stop buying and save the rest for oneday a car and for bills to be paid. I can't wait till everything comes in. Oh on a side note I go back the the eye doctor this week to have my eye checked. Over the past week it seems to be burning some during the day when it drys out. I hope that is not a big deal and a easy fix. Oh also this week I got our back deck cleaned up and looking nice. It will last untill the dog or my Dad messes it up again. I will try to update more and do better blogging.

Been a While!

Okay I know it's been a few days. I have been busy as started out the week not feeling well and now that our taxes are done been in search for a SUV or Family van for myself. After many hours looking I think I have found the one I like the best. I have gotten the dealer to give off $1,800 the price. Now as I just sit and wait till the money comes in I pray that it does not sale before I can go and test drive it. It's Friday and we are low on money and nestled down in our warm house trying to pass the time away. Bella and DeiDei plan to come this weekend and spend a few days. Emily is playing with the cat and Debbie has made a big sale and just found out she could get a big bonus at the end of the year for christmas. (we are talking 15K or higher)

Today's Verse

"If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen."

~Sunny Saturday~

We'll we are enjoying a nice sunny Saturday. Debbie and I got up before everyone else this morning. Everyone else went to bed some time after 2am. We head of to get some breakfast and then went shopping then we had time to get a bite to eat for lunch. (HOT DOGS) and after spending the past few hours trying to get Emily to take a nap and rest for a while before everyone gets up I am up posting. We will be enjoying dinner tonight at the melting pot with family. I hope it goes well. We are also hoping that Emily will do well. The melting pot is a place Debbie and I would go to about once month when we lived in SC. But currently we don't have a melting pot in GA. I think the nearest one is about 3 hours besides the one here in SC. Oh well. I have heart burn from my hot dog, But in all i am feeling a little better from being sick all week. In some ways I mess being back home. (Not for the people but for the city) I think I am just ready to be back in the city.

Today's Verse

"We know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit."

Time to Clean!

Okay so I am not feeling that much better today but I hope soon i will. Last night Debbie and i went out to eat India and it was nice. Went went out and get a few things we needed at the store and then home as Emily was so really to pass out. This morning Emily gave a scare as she started to choked on a leaf. I am not sure where she got it from as she was only sitting down by my feet in the family room. I guess I need to due a deep clean today. So far I have kept her off the floor today until I can get it clean. Debbie, Emily and I are off to Lexington, SC this weekend as we have a meeting with our tax guy. I am hoping for a big return but who knows. I need to think about packing here as we are planning on leave some time in the afternoon on Friday. We are planning on taking our time and be in no big rush.

Today's Verse

"Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another."

Where's the Tea?

Well I am sick and not enjoying it. I hurt all over and my head feels like it is about to pop off. I am not sure if this is just a cold or something more. I know I am not feeling well because I am welling to drink hot tea and eat soup. So After take a while getting Emily down for her nap I went in the kitchen and found the hot teas. I am hoping it will help. Debbie said she would stop by and pick up some egg-drop-soup and a egg roll. What a great wife! In other news Our tax forms came in and we have a meeting with our tax guy this Sunday. I am a little sad about it being on Sunday as we will miss Sunday morning worship but Saturday was not open for him. I am hoping and praying we get a lot back this year as this is the 1st year we have Emily. Lord knows we so need the money. I would love to get a car with some of the money but I don't think we will get that much. My head is beating so I must go.

~Sunday~

Well Today was a Sunday and off to Church we went. Today was on being Deeply Rooted in fasting. Last week was giving and the week before was prayer. After church today our some group met and had lunch then meet for bible study as tonight is the super bowl. We had pizza and then got in our small groups and talked about what we missed over the past week. We where not the only ones who did not come as it was just the leaders made it last week. We felt bad but with all of us being sick we just couldn't make it. It was nice to once again to get together and chat and talk about our weeks. Now what is up with the Super Bowl stuff. I for one am not planning to watch it. Plus I have not chips and dip. :( Debbie and I were talking about Super Bowl Parties last night. We for one are not big into football (yes we are in the south and we are not a fan of football, I know) But when and if we ever get a house of our own we would like to host a party as well as have small group for the church. "In due time".. Debbie says but at this point I am not counting my chicks before they hatch. Oh well. So tonight will be a non-football night and we will watch what ever is on TV. I am being told that there is some girly movie coming on. I guess I don't have much to choose from. Oh Debbie and I got the Fireproof movie in this week and we watched it the other night and we both found it to be a good movie. I will share you with all my dislikes about the acting but the movie as a whole was good. The best part of the whole thing was not really the movie but in the bonus part called "Fireproof in 60 secs". It goes through the whole movie in 60sec and it was really, really funny. So if you have the DVD check it out. One thing Debbei and I would like now is the Dare to Love book. Maybe Bella will buy it for us? (hint...hint..) :)
