Here was go!

Okay things are coming alone wth the cutting of the trees. I hope they will be done this week and we can start working on the thigns that need to take place before getting out house. I have been planing my garden I really hope to do this year. I know with it the start of spring and going into summer here in the next few weeks I know my time is getting short for gardening But I am hoping we can get everything together so I can put some things in for this year. I am thinking of doing a few rows of Pumpkins maybe have a small pumpkins patch. We have been working on names and stuff and I think we have found a the kinda of sign we are wanting. However It will be takening a few things off the old sign. It may make some people in the family mad but I think the names should of not been put on there in the 1st place. Plus no everyone will and is living on the land at this point. (over all it is called Family Drama one thing I so hate.) In so ways I am so ready to get into our own place and get our lives back on track. I think that is something that both Debbie and I have been wanting and waiting. I am hoping Debbie is going to have a good week this week. So far she is having a good start. Lord knows we need the money over the few weeks and plus. Emily have been so fussy this week. I think is it having more people around then just Debbie and I. She is a lot like both Debbie and I who likes to have our one-on-one time. It feels the only time we have to talk is the 5 and 10 mins we get over the phone during the day. Oh well I am sleepy and while Emily is down and everyone is away i can get some free time and take a short nap or read some. Till Later

The week goes on!

So they have started cutting the trees and boy it looks like a bomb went off on the land. It is looking better and better each day. I am trying to get things priced well, septic, power, and all the joys of having a house. But in the long run it will be one day paid off and all ours. I am hoping that all the trees will be done next week sometime. I am so ready for Debbie to come home. I have not be sleeping well at all. I think Emily is missing her mommy. In other news my mom came down for the rest of the week. I think to get things in line for her house she plans on having in a few years. While they are here they are going to clean up an area for moms house. Emily fell today but that seems to be happening more and more. I am told it is just part of her growing.

~Earth Day~

Plant a tree, Walk to work, Smell the flowers, turn the TV off and spend time with your kids. It's Earth Day!!! Can we say all green. As you may know the world is trying to "Go Green". New Cars, Cell Phones, Homes, and Computers, and I have even heard there is a new green dog food. :) This year we however are not going green. On the other side of things we are cutting down trees. I know don't shot us. But for us to get our house and have a driveway we need to lose some trees. But in place of them we are are going to plant a garden and some trees in our new back yard once everything is all set. Even Emily and I are wearing green for the day!! Well off to making this day a green day. Maybe even some green Coffee! No I don't think so. >:)
All Green,

A week without Mommy!!

Debbie has gone to a training/class she has to be at for her work this week and you guessed it that leave me and Emily alone. I dropped her off last night with one of her co-walkers to drive up to NC for the week. Now that she is gone I feel lost and don't know how I am going to make it this week without her. I think Emily was okay with it until tonight when it was the time Debbie comes home from work and she was not there to wake Emily up from her last nap. I think tonight she wanted her mommy. But she went sleep and all is well for now. The tree guys came by today to check on the land and the trees and to get things in line. I am hoping they will get started here in the next few days. in the morning would be great!!! :) But I fear when they get done it is really going to look bad. Lets hope and pray for the best. Oh well I am sure I will have more this week about our not having mommy around and how we are handling it. Oh so did I tell you about the bad storm that happen here over Easter. We where out of town but it was really bad. the gas station down the street is gone and a few homes have been blown away. But not much happened here. I think it maybe got some of the roof as we are leaking some water on the sun room. My Dad is coming to fix it and maybe get the new sun room down this week while he is here. But anyway with the homes and tress it took it also took the Verizon Wireless tower. so we are using the AT&T one and our Internet is really bad. I had to call Verizon support and they said they are working on it. It will take come time to get a new one up and running. I hope when that happens we will have better Internet here. If not we may have to drake down and get WildBlue or Hughesnet. I hope not!! Oh well It's Heroes time and Debbie and I are going to watch it together. (She in NC and me here)

Tuedays Morning!

So Easter went well. The week for me has started. I slept in this morning and so did Emily. I think she is not feeling well today. I am thinking it is her getting more teeth. It has been reallt wet here today and I am so ready for the sun to come out and dry everything up. The driveway looks like a swamp and I can't get worm and dry myself. The house is a mess and I am not sure where to start. I think I might need to take a happy pill to get things done or make some coffee. maybe I will skip the making the coffee and just eat the beans. :) Oh last week I talked about the new Win Vista Blogger Buddy that sits on your desktop and you can post on your blog without having to sign in and wait for everything to load. I have enjoyed it, I think Debbie has enjoyed it too. Here is a picture of what it looks like. Oh I forgot to updated on what happen at the eye doctors friday. I got my contact out and he said that everything looks good. I still have to use artifieial tears but my other meds I have been taken off of. Now that we are back home I can't seem to get my internet to work as good has it did when we left. I think the storm maybe did something to the tower. But I am hoping things are going to work better once the sun comes out if it does?!?! Oh well time to starting cleaning the hosue while Emily is down for her nap.

All in a days work....or play...

Got up this morning with no power but later in the morning it came back on. I am not sure what that was all about. I have been sleepy all day but got to get out of the house tonight to go buyg Emily a dress for pictures on Saturday and then went out to eat. we went to Red Lobster. I have to say it was alot better then the place in Savannah we went to. The best part is it cost half the price and was way more food. So now that we are back home and emails have been check it is off to bed for we hope a good nights rest. In His Grip,

Day of Cleaning!!!

So I am enjoying this Blogger Buddy for Win Vista. It is where you can post on your blogger from your desktop. It is a cool little tool. Maybe Debbie will even start posting more if she uses this thing as this saves some time as you don't have to log on and go to all the links to get to your post. In other news. Family is coming to the farm this week so It is cleaning time. Dad is trying to get the back sun room done but due to the short time this week he can only do so much. He goal today is to at least get it dried in. Today is Tuesday so that means Debbie is working late. So I have to find something to cook tonight. I might have to watch Emeril to get some ideas. LOL Oh have I told you that we have a Cat that has baby's? we are not sure when she is due but our guess is here in the next few weeks. We hope they won't come this week as family will be in and we don't really want little cats running around with them around. Oh well back to cleaning. In His Grip, Jonathan

PS> Emily started pulling her self up by her self today. YAY!!!

~Monday Morning Coffee~

Okay So we went to Savannah Ga and I have to say It was not the best trip we have had. We took a boat tour and It was nice but could have been nicer. We did get alot of info about the shipping port and stuff. Out of the 1 hour and 1/2 only about 30 mins was a new sights as we went down the river and back up so we got to see the same thing 2 twos. But over all I rate the boat tour a 8 out of 10. The roads however in Savannah Ga are not for baby strollers or small cars for that matter. The stones they have in the road are so bad I think the car lost a few nuts and srews. We were looking forward to a place we picked out online for lunch but when we got there and walked in they said they where closed for lunch during this time of year and that they will only be open for dinner. The internet showed they where open for lunch, the front door said they where open for lunch, the add we saw said they where open for lunch. I think they need to get there stuff together or close for good. After that we went to the beach as it was the 1st time Emily has ever been to the beach. It was really not that nice of a beach. The one thing we did notice was there was not really a salty beach smell there. We are not sure what that was about. We ended our day trip going to a what we where told a nice seafood restaurant and let me say We will not return. The dining hall was closed due to the time of the year we were told. So we had to eat in the sports bar. The food..... well lets just say I give it a F. The fish, Crab, and shrimp was not fresh at all. The one and only person working there looked like they had PJ's on. and the price.... way over priced. for just the two of us it was $80.00 The only thing good I can say about the place was the view. It was on the beach and had a great view. It was the Dolphin Reef on Tybee Island. Stay far far away!!! Over all the trip was more to get away then anything else. I am glad we went but don't think we will return to Savannah GA.

Trip to Savannah, GA!!

Okay Well As the weekend move along Debbie got the idea to go to Savannah, GA in the morning for a day trip, It has been a while from the last time Debbie and I just got to get away from the world and spend time with each other. It is so needed as I feel at times we just are not on the same page. I think it will be good for is both. Debbie for one has not been to Savannah, GA and two Emily has not been to the beach yet. Our plans so far or as followed: start out with a Riverboat tour down the Savannah river and then off to the market for some looking around and checking things out. Then off to a nice seafood resturant on the beach for dinner. and Then is everything works out back home for a nice night back on the farm. I pray all goes well and it is a enjoyable time.

Busy Days!

Okay some how family always comes when it is not the best time. So as we have family coming into town next week we have to clean this weekend, and get every thing ready for them. On top of that we have all our stuff out in the sunroom due to we will be moving in the next few months to our new house. There is just no room here for everything we have. Oh well. live will go on. Well Debbie is home and i want to spend what short time I get with her. In His Grip,
