Not the best day but I did lose again. It was not as much as the first week but it works. My hope and prayer is next week will be better. But I do have to say not gaining weight during thanksgiving is a big plus.One of Bob's sayings "No matter how many fat people I make skinny, they just keep bringing me more. If you people at home don't stop eating, they will never let me leave this d*** ranch."
