I got a Magic Sushi maker for Christmas this year and I just love it! It took me a few times to get it right but I think I got the hang of it. Here is a picture of what I came up with. It makes rolls very well. I am a little blah about using sushi makers in the past as they just don't come out right, but this one works great. I think it is the best one for any beginner or even pro out there. I have been making sushi for a while now and feel I am good at it but I still enjoy this Magic Sushi maker over using my hands as I find that it cuts my time in haft.
